FAQ
1. So another website, huh? What makes this one different?
Well for starters, it's run by a really perverted chick, who wants to share her fantasies with you. My fantasies are what you see in my movies, and you will be privy to a lot more here. There are very few hardcore sites run by women (many are fronts owned and operated by men, those that are owned by women are often run by nameless webmasters). What you'll get here is all me.
I want this site to be as personal as possible. I want you to feel as if you are taking a peak INSIDE my twisted world. I want to get to know you, and in turn, I want to reveal myself to you. Most importantly, I want you to get to know the girls.
I run this website by myself (with some technical support from a friend of mine) and will update it DAILY. You write me an email, you will get a personal response from me-not some webmaster posing as me.
There will NEVER be pop-up ads or banner ads. Sure, there'll be some links of interest, but this is not some attempt to make a quick buck. I'm in it for the long haul, and I want to provide the best content possible.
2. How'd you get involved in porn?
I've always been fascinated by porn. I saw my first porn on cable when I was 11 years old and I was shocked by what I saw. I started renting videos with a boyfriend who hated porn, as he soon convinced me it was disgusting and objectified women. I held on to those beliefs for quite sometime until I took a feminism course in college. I soon realized porn wasn't harmful to women, it was the attitudes our culture instills in us about women's sexuality that does so much damage. Today, I see porn as a much needed medium of sexual expression. I have learned to embrace my sexuality through watching women who are truly comfortable with their own sexuality. So, I became a huge fan.
Later, I actively sought out becoming a member of the porn community. I bought a camera (the same one I use for my videos today) and hired prostitutes for a co-worker of mine and shot them having sex. I practiced my camera angles and tried to capture what was hot.
I met a couple of directors at a convention and told them of my experience. The only person to give me a shot was Rodney Moore. I became his cameragirl and helped edit his movies; he became a mentor and a friend.
When I had a strong desire to direct my own movies, I sought out other companies who were looking. I came across Elegant Angel. I met with Patrick Collins and he hired me as a director on the spot--I think we just clicked. Patrick continues to be one of my strongest supporters-he is like a second father to me. He gave me a shot, and I will forever be indebted to him.
3. What do your family and friends think about all of this?
Both my mom and dad are very supportive of my career change. I'm sure my dad wishes I became an attorney, but then again he sure had a good time at my last porn shoot. My mom would support me unconditionally with whatever I chose to do. At one point I had expressed interest in going in front of the camera and she gave me the "as long as you're happy speech". I have great parents. I don't think my aunt and uncle get it (whenever I make mention of it they see a great opportunity to change the subject). And I haven't told the rest of the family yet. I don't really want to give my grandparents more things to worry about. They have it bad enough with the arthritis and all that other crap that comes along with aging.
My friends totally dig it. They think it's cool. I hang out with progressive people, so I wasn't shocked to find that I had their support as well.
4. Do you direct porn from a female perspective?
I capture whatever turns me on. I shoot from an erotic perspective. There are no gender lines here. Many people have said they can't believe a girl is shooting this stuff! Of course I will always see things through a female lens, this will never compromise the intensity/nastines of a scene.
5. Do you hate women?
Of course not. This is often assumed because a lot of my work tends to be of a "degrading" and rough nature. On the contrary. I love to capture girls who love to whore themselves out. If this means shooting scenes of the rougher variety, then so be it. If that's what a girl wants to do, why hold her back? I like any and all forms of sexuality as long as it's real. Right now my tastes are leaning towards rougher sex, but you will see all depictions of sex here. One thing you won't find though, is fake porn shit. It's got to be real, or it won't be done.
6. Why don't you show your identity?
I've always been into the psychological aspects of sex. and what better way of getting to know someone intimately than getting INSIDE their head. For me there's nothing hotter than giving someone a mind fuck from hell. While I'm reluctant to reveal my physical self, I'm very open to revealing my innermost thoughts and fantasies.
7. Have you ever gone in front of the camera?
No. I'm not opposed to it at all. I just don't think I'd make a good performer. I'm actually a very shy person. I have to push myself real hard to talk the way I do behind the camera. I get a lot of stage fright (even when I was little I'd get butterflies in my stomach before I had to go on set). I also still have a lot of sexual guilt. I don't think I am strong enough to go in front of the camera without feeling some sort of shame. I have the utmost respect for the women who are in this business. They have a lot of guts to do what they do, and they should be admired for it. For now, I'm content to stay behind the camera in my fantasy world. But, you never know, it could happen.
Again, please email any and all questions and I'll add to this list. Thanks.
